The Customized Program Design begins by uncovering and identifying your specific communication training needs. By identifying your desired outcome and where you are now we can create a customized program that will meet your needs and bridge the gap. It is important to recognize the skill level the people to be trained have and what specific behavioral changes you want them to make. We customize programs for our clients in two ways: The “Module” Approach We have a selection of modules focusing on specific skill sets that address common communication situations in business today. You select the modules that most apply to your company's specific needs and we create a customized program. We will tweak the modules for your culture and corporate environment. And where appropriate we will incorporate existing procedural language so that we create trainings that are consistent with what you have in place. In order to facilitate practical and "real-life" practice sessions, we work with you to compile realistic scenarios to use in the videotaped exercises. “Core Program” Customization Here we take one of our existing programs and customize it according to your specific needs. We tailor the program to support any training that has already been put in place and adjust the program to meet your company’s culture. Our goal is to help you achieve your training and corporate objectives and offer the most effective training by utilizing the adult leaning model with extensive video feedback and professional coaching.
